Carol Lindsey, Interim President

Carol's expertise includes over a decade of senior management experience and more than 25 years in the federal student loan program. In addition to earning an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, she brings expertise in industry regulations, management and leadership, and personnel training and development. Carol also holds professional credentials of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

J.D. Jones, Operations

J.D. has managed and owned collection agencies for over 38 years. His expertise in motivating and managing collection representatives continues EAS' commitment to high performance. J.D. is a seasoned collection professional whose experience and successful track record make him an invaluable part of the EAS Team.

Stacey Keller, Client Relations Manager

As Client Relations Manager, Stacey brings to EAS an extensive customer service/management background that not only enhances, but also complements, the EAS management team. A highly talented and creative individual, Stacey's ability to keep the customer first is only one of the many reasons she is considered to be one of the industry's best. She has an MBA from Texas State University and a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
